How do I order?
Just fill out the easy to follow sales order form and your order is placed and on the way. All transaction information is confidential and will be billed directly to your credit card account via my e-mail confirmation.

How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped immediately, if they are in stock. If an item has to be made, it could take up to two weeks. We will always be in touch, via e-mail email@example.com regarding the status of your order or you can call us at 301-467-6504
What if I don’t like the item and want to return it?
I want my customers to be happy. All jewelry is returnable for a refund up to 10 days of receipt of order. It must be returned in its’ original condition. A 10% restocking fee may be charged. All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the item.
What if I want a different color stone or need a different size chain?
Special orders are always welcome!! We can communicate via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone 301-467-6504 and customize your jewelry. We love the customers input.
What if I need a ring sized?
This is usually the case. I can size any platinum, 18 or 14 Karat ring for $15.00 to $25.00. The trick here is getting the right size. You will need to go out and have it measured by a jeweler. The other option is to have your own local jeweler size it for you. They should charge you about the same. Either way, it is never a problem for us to size a ring.
What if I have a custom design?
All custom orders require a 50% down payment and are non-returnable, non-refundable.
